Anonymised is growing - and if you want to be the best you need to have the best people. We’re excited to announce Chris Clarke as our new Head of Integrations, Chris brings years of experience as an implementation manager, software developer and success engineer that will help Anonymised reach its full potential.
I felt that their journey with regard to data privacy and getting ahead of the deprecation of third-party cookies is a necessary mission that the industry needs to focus on. I had also heard great things about the team at Anonymised, and once I met them, it felt like a no-brainer.
I'll be focusing on getting to know the product and gaining a deeper understanding of the underlying technology that brings it to life. Additionally, I'll be familiarising myself with how the commercial team operates and getting involved with our auditing and QA processes. With my background in development and operations, I hope to combine these skills to add value.
If I’m home, I’m probably gaming. I used to be a semi-pro gamer, but I’m trying to get outdoors more! I’m working on incorporating more walking into my routine and considering joining a running group. I enjoy having new experiences, and recently distilled my own bottle of gin. On weekends, I'm usually out in the hills or the bush somewhere with my enduro bike or attending dirt bike enduro events around the Western Cape. Besides that, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Recently, I decided to take a solo trip to Mexico, knowing only one person I’d worked with remotely over a year ago but had never met in person.
The trip was mostly unplanned, with only a couple of places organised for accommodation. I didn’t plan any activities other than a few cultural experiences I wanted to have, and I just went with the flow. I ended up meeting many great people, seeing numerous sights, and experiencing Mexican culture with locals who really know how to enjoy themselves.
Typically, I’m very detail-oriented and like to have control over my plans. This trip was an effort to let go of that need for control and become more spontaneous. It turned out to be one of the best trips I've taken!
